Confirmed orders are delivered to the shipping company on the same day, or at the latest the next business day depending on workload.

Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchased, and any issues arising from production or service, will be resolved as quickly as possible.

To ensure faster service for product returns, please send the product with its invoice. Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted. The product to be returned must be delivered undamaged within 14 days of receipt. If the product arrives at our Quality Assurance department in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed on the day the product reaches us. Returns and shipping costs for products sent via a shipping company other than our contracted Aras Kargo will not be accepted.
