To ensure faster service for product returns, please send the product with its invoice. Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted. The product to be returned must be delivered undamaged within 14 days of receipt. If the product arrives at our Quality Assurance department in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed on the day the product reaches us.
