MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read the following agreement carefully before becoming a member of our site.
1. Parties
a) İdea Moda Konfeksiyon San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. A.Ş., located at Merkez Mah. Silahşör cad. Bomonti
plaza. no:38 Kat:4 İstanbul, which operates the website www.birelin.com (hereinafter referred to as Birelin).
b) The internet user who becomes a member of the website www.birelin.com ("Member")
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the member can benefit from the website www.birelin.com owned by Birelin.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering on the www.birelin.com website is accurate under the law, and that they will fully and immediately compensate Birelin for all damages it may suffer due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The member may not give the password provided by Birelin to other individuals or organizations; the right to use the password belongs solely to the member. Therefore, Birelin reserves the right to claim compensation and other demands arising from such unauthorized use, against all liabilities that may arise and all claims and demands that may be brought against Birelin by third parties or authorized authorities.

3.3. The member accepts and undertakes from the outset to comply with and not violate the provisions of legal legislation while using the www.birelin.com website. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities will bind the member entirely and exclusively.
3.4. The member may not use the www.birelin.com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs or harasses others, for an illegal purpose, or infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. Furthermore, the member may not engage in activities or transactions that prevent or hinder others from using the services (spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.).
3.5. The ideas and opinions expressed, written, and used by members on the www.birelin.com website are entirely the personal views of the members and are binding only on the person expressing them. These views and opinions have no connection or affiliation with Birelin. Birelin is not responsible for any damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member, or for any damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by third parties.
3.6. Birelin will not be responsible for the unauthorized reading of member data and for any damage that may occur to member software and data. The member hereby agrees not to claim compensation from Birelin for any damage that may be incurred as a result of using the website www.birelin.com.
3.7. The member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without authorization. Otherwise, the legal and criminal liabilities arising therefrom shall be entirely the member's responsibility.
3.8. The member who violates one or more of the clauses listed in this membership agreement shall be personally liable criminally and legally for this violation and shall hold Birelin harmless from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. Furthermore, in the event that the matter is brought to the legal arena due to this violation, Birelin reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Birelin always reserves the right to unilaterally delete a member's membership, and delete customer files, documents, and information whenever necessary. The member accepts this provision in advance. In this case, Birelin has no responsibility whatsoever.
3.10. The software and design of the www.birelin.com website are the property of Birelin, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related thereto are protected by relevant laws, and cannot be used, acquired, or modified by the member without permission.
Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. Birelin may collect certain information such as the name of the Internet service provider used to access the site and the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed while on the site, and the Internet address of the website that provides direct access to the site, for the purpose of improving and developing the www.birelin.com website and/or within the framework of legal regulations.

3.12. Birelin may disclose the member's personal information when required by law or when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to (a) comply with legal requirements or comply with legal processes served on Birelin; (b) protect and defend the rights and property of Birelin and the www.birelin.com website family.
3.13. Birelin takes measures within the available means to ensure that the www.birelin.com website is free from viruses and similar malicious software.
